Current Opportunities
Waste To Energy (WtE) UK
7.4MW Pyrolysis Waste to Energy Plant (WtE)– Midlands
Client is seeking funding of £60m to build the plant. Full planning, POC, EPC with wrap appointed and PPA in place. Current investment £8m. Market valuation TBC but initial estimates approaching £100m. 55,000 tonnes of SRF processed p/a. There are potentially 15 further sites to roll out at the same size. Initial raise would ideally be for £180m, giving the client funding commitment to commence site one and order/purchase the necessary plant and machinery for the next two sites, as lead time is circa 6 months. This would then enable sites 2&3 to commence quickly with the funding commitment. Client is looking for an investment partner(s) attracted by long term regular income streams and have the capability to fund the potential for a roll out of further sites both in the UK and internationally.
Solar
100MW Solar Farm – Northeast
Client is seeking £35m to build the Solar Farm.
Planning will be in place as will POC and PPA.
300MW Solar – Spain
Opportunity to invest in a number of Solar Farms.

20MW Solar Farm (8MW + 12MW) – Midlands
Client is seeking £9.5m to build the Solar Farms. We are waiting for the POC to be confirmed by DNO. Planning will be in place as will PPA.
Electric Vehicle Charging facilities-UK Wide
Electric Vehicle Charging to 100nr Fuel Garages
Client owns and operates over 100 garages in the UK and wishes to roll-out EV Charging across their site. They are seeking funding of £12.5m to complete their roll-out. ROI is over 25%. Britain currently has about 25,000 charging points, but the Competition and Markets Authority has said it could need 10 times as many before 2030.The switch to electric vehicles is part of the UK’s strategy to hit climate targets, with cars and taxis accounting for 16% of UK emissions in 2019.Several major car manufacturers, such as Jaguar and Volvo plan to go all electric from 2025 and 2030 and Ford has said all vehicles sold in Europe will be electric by 2030.
Carbon Capture
Client is seeking funding of £25m to £50m to roll out their carbon capture technology. Initial sites identified and orders being taken. ROI is very high. Three specific sites identified. The locations for these products are almost limitless and includes retro fit lamp posts. Client has potential deals with Local Authorities, large construction organisations, Central Government, TFL, Network Rail and airports. This one technology is capable of converting over 2 tonnes of carbon per annum, per unit. With London alone housing in excess of 2million lamp posts, the returns and carbon removal are staggering.
